Overview:
- Ensure clear alignment of work against objective and key results/goals to empower product teams to deliver key results. Work in partnership with Senior Product Owner and Tech Anchors.
- Facilitate coordination and collaboration of product family to maximize workflow.
- Optimize the workflow from ideation to delivery within Product Family and across multiple agile teams.
- Dependency Management across family and team to guide the org to deliver high-quality value.
- Removal of systemic impediments for the Product Family.
- Foster adoption of the CraftWorx/single Agile Way of Working standards
- Leverages metrics to derive insights and continuously identify and drive improvement opportunities across the product family.
- Be the champion of Agile delivery practices within a Product Family, supported by the organization through Playbooks.
- Partner with multiple stakeholders to drive the maturity of the CraftWorx practices within a product family.
- Build community and foster inter-team collaboration with a culture of continuous learning and continuous improvement across the entire Product Family.
