Job Description:
- Solid experience in the logical and physical design and implementation of transactional database systems developed to 3rd Normal Form.
- Ability to migrate poorly designed database systems to a robust design through collaboration with developers and management.
- Ability to architect reliable solutions for transporting data between internal and external systems.
- Solid working experience optimizing and tuning all aspects of SQL Server:
- o Database Design
- o Query optimization / execution plan analysis
- o Indexing / transactions
- o Server / Virtualization / Performance Counters
- Create and maintain technical design documents and diagrams.
Thinks strategically and innovatively. Drives continuous improvement through processes, discipline, and innovation. Leverages external relationships and insight. Responds quickly and effectively to change and ambiguity. Works through conflict to get a win/win resolution.

Mandatory Skills:
Must have extensive experience with design, development and maintenance of Microsoft Access Database, VBA programing and Microsoft SQL.
Desired Skills:
Working experience with MS Access Database design and build utilizing VBA coding. Experience with utilizing Microsoft SQL Server as backend data storage, with MS Access being the frontend interface. Experience with MS Office products and version upgrades
